广东有色金属技术创新中心是由南海科技局指导、大沥办事处直接领导的非盈利性科技中介服务机构，是为促进科技成果转化，服务有色金属行业产、供、销、技术等环节和主体，搭建与企业之间、企业与高校、科研单位之间的桥梁。通过广泛组织国内外的科技资源和行业资源，为广大有色金属企业提供科技中介服务，引导和推动有色金属产业的改造和提升。 中心依托大沥“中国铝材镇”的行业优势，大力推进有色金属产业的信息化进程。一方面，通过提供信息系统的技术支持和实施服务，提高企业的信息化水平。另一方面，通过整合国内外的市场信息、新技术、新产品、新工艺等行业资讯,为广大企业提供专业、全面、快捷的资讯服务。
